حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ سَلاَمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْطَى الْوَرِقَ، وَوَلِيَ النِّعْمَةَ ".

-...Âişe (R): Rasûlullah (S): "Velâ hakkı, kölenin bedeli olan gümüşleri veren ve hürriyet ni'metini vermeyi üzerine alan kimseye âiddir" buyurdu, demiştir.
English Translation
Narrated Aisha:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The wala is for the one who gives the silver (pays the price) and does the favor (of manumission after paying the price)
