حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ أَبْغَضُ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللَّهِ ثَلاَثَةٌ مُلْحِدٌ فِي الْحَرَمِ، وَمُبْتَغٍ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ سُنَّةَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، وَمُطَّلِبُ دَمِ امْرِئٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ لِيُهَرِيقَ دَمَهُ ‏"‏‏.‏

Haksız Olarak Bir Adamın Kanını İsteyen Kimse(Nin Hükmünü Beyân) Babı -.... Bize Nâfi' ibn Cubeyr, Ibn Abbâs(R)'tan tahdîs etti ki, Peygamber (S) şöyle buyurmuştur:"Allah'a insanların en sevimsiz olanı üç sınıftır: a. Harem içinde zulüm ve haksızlık eden; b. İslâm camiası içinde Câhiliyet âdetini araştırıp, onu bulup yaşatmak isteyen (mürteci'), c. Haksız yere dökmek için ma'sûm bir kişinin kanım külfetle araştıran''
