حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَبَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا، رَضَّ رَأْسَ جَارِيَةٍ بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ، فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَنْ فَعَلَ بِكِ هَذَا أَفُلاَنٌ أَفُلاَنٌ حَتَّى سُمِّيَ الْيَهُودِيُّ فَأَوْمَأَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا، فَجِيءَ بِالْيَهُودِيِّ فَاعْتَرَفَ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَرُضَّ رَأْسُهُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ‏.‏ وَقَدْ قَالَ هَمَّامٌ بِحَجَرَيْنِ‏.‏

Şahıs, Öldürmeyi Bir Kerre İkrar Ederse Bu İkrarı İle Öldürülür -...Bize Enes ibn Mâlik (R) şöyle tahdîs etti: Bir Yahûdî, bir cariyenin başını iki taş arasında ezdi. Ölmek — Bunu sana kim yaptı? Fulân kimse mi, Fulân kimse mi? diye soruldu.Nihayet o Yahudi'nin ismi söylenince, kadın başıyle "Evet" diye işaret etti. Yahûdî yakalanıp getirildi, soruldu, o da suçunu i'tirâf edince Peygamber(S) emretti de onun başı da taşla ezildi. Râvî Hemmâm ibn Yahya "İki taşla ezildi"

Narrated Anas bin Malik:A Jew crushed the head of a girl between two stones. It was said to her. "Who has done this to you, such-and-such person, such-and-such person?" When the name of the Jew was mentioned, she nodded with her head, agreeing. So the Jew was brought and he confessed. The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered that his head be crushed with the stones. (Hammam said, "with two stones)
