حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏ الْمَيِّتُ يُعَذَّبُ فِي قَبْرِهِ بِمَا نِيحَ عَلَيْهِ ‏"‏‏.‏ تَابَعَهُ عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ‏.‏ وَقَالَ آدَمُ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ‏"‏ الْمَيِّتُ يُعَذَّبُ بِبُكَاءِ الْحَىِّ عَلَيْهِ ‏"‏‏.‏

- Bize Abdan tahdîs edip şöyle dedi: Bana babam Usmân ibn Cebele, Şu'be'den; o da Katâde'den; o da Saîd ibnu'l-Müseyyeb'den; o da İbn Umer'den; o da babası Umer ibnu'l- Hattâb(R)'dan tahdîs etti. Peygamber (S): "Ölü, kendisine feryâd ve figânla ağlanması sebebiyle kabrinde azâb olunur" buyurmuştur.Bu hadîsi rivayet etmekte Abdân'a Abdu'1-A'lâ mutâbaat etmiş ve şöyle demiştir: Bize Yezîd ibnu Zuray' tahdîs edip şöyle dedi: Bize Saîd ibnu Ebî Arûbe tahdîs edip şöyle dedi:Bize Katâde, Saîd ibnu'l-Müseyyeb'den tahdîs etti. Ve Âdem ibn Ebî Iyâs da Şu'be'den (bâb hadîsinin isnâdıyle) "Ölü, dirinin –yâhud kabîlenin- kendisine ağlaması sebebiyle azâb olunur" hadîsini söyledi

Narrated Ibn 'Umar from his father: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The deceased is tortured in his grave for the wailing done over him." Narrated Shu'ba: The deceased is tortured for the wailing of the living ones over him
