حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسٌ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِيُخْبِرَنَا بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ، فَتَلاَحَى رَجُلاَنِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ خَرَجْتُ لأُخْبِرَكُمْ بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ، فَتَلاَحَى فُلاَنٌ وَفُلاَنٌ، فَرُفِعَتْ، وَعَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ خَيْرًا لَكُمْ، فَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي التَّاسِعَةِ وَالسَّابِعَةِ وَالْخَامِسَةِ ‏"‏‏.‏

İnsanların Kavga Etmeleri Sebebiyle Kadir Gecesinin Ta'yîni Bilgisinin Kaldırılması Babı - Bize Muhammed ibnu'l-Musennâ tahdîs edip şöyle dedi. Bize Hâlid ibnu'I-Hâris tahdîs edip şöyle dedi: Bize Humeyd (et-Tavîl) tahdîs edip şöyle dedi: Bize Enes ibn Mâlik (R) tahdîs etti ki, Ubâde ibnu's-Sâmit (R) şöyle demiştir: Peygamber (S) Kadir gecesini bizlere haber vermek üzere (hücresinden) çıktı. Derken müslümânlardan iki kişi kavga ettiler. Bunun akabinde Peygamber: "Ben sizlere Kadir gecesini haber vermek üzere çıkmıştım. Fulan ile fulan kimseler birbirleriyle kavga ettiler de (Kadir gecesinin ta'ymine âid olan bilgi kalbimden) kaldırıldı. Belki de sizler için bu daha hayırlıdır. Artık sizler Kadir gecesini (yirmiden sonraki) dokuzuncu veya yedinci veya beşinci gecelerde arayınız" buyurdu

Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit:The Prophet (ﷺ) came out to inform us about the Night of Qadr but two Muslims were quarreling with each other. So, the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I came out to inform you about the Night of Qadr but such-and-such persons were quarreling, so the news about it had been taken away; yet that might be for your own good, so search for it on the 29th, 27th and 25th (of Ramadan)
