حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ‏.‏ فَمَنْ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ، فَقَدْ عَصَمَ مِنِّي نَفْسَهُ وَمَالَهُ، إِلاَّ بِحَقِّهِ، وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ ‏"‏‏.‏ رَوَاهُ عُمَرُ وَابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏

-....Ebû Hureyre (R) şöyle demiştir: Rasûlullah (S) şöyle buyurdu: "Bana insanlar Lâ ilahe ille'llâh deyinceye kadar onlarla harb etmekliğim emrolundu.Herkim Lâ ilahe ilallâh derse, müslümânlık hakkının gereği (olan haddler) müstesna, canını ve malını benim elimden kurtarmıştır. (îçler indekiler den dolayı olan) hesabı ise Allah'a âiddir".Bu hadîsi Umer ile İbn Umer de Peygamber'den rivayet etmişlerdir

Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Apostle said, " I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,' and whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,' his life and property will be saved by me except for Islamic law, and his accounts will be with Allah, (either to punish him or to forgive him)
