حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، قَالَ زُرْتُ عَائِشَةَ مَعَ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ فَسَأَلَهَا عَنِ الْهِجْرَةِ، فَقَالَتْ لاَ هِجْرَةَ الْيَوْمَ، كَانَ الْمُؤْمِنُ يَفِرُّ أَحَدُهُمْ بِدِينِهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَإِلَى رَسُولِهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يُفْتَنَ عَلَيْهِ، فَأَمَّا الْيَوْمَ فَقَدْ أَظْهَرَ اللَّهُ الإِسْلاَمَ، فَالْمُؤْمِنُ يَعْبُدُ رَبَّهُ حَيْثُ شَاءَ، وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ‏.‏

-....Yahya ibn Hamza tahdîs edip şöyle demiştir: Bana el-Evzâî, Atâ ibn Ebî Rebâh'tan tahdîs etti. O şöyle demiştir: Ben Ubeydullah ibn Umeyr ile beraber Âişe'yi ziyaret ettim. Ubeydullah, Aişe'ye hicretten sordu. Bunun üzerine Âişe şöyle dedi: — Bu gün hicret yoktur. (Fetihten önce) mü'minlerin herbiri kendisine fitne yapılması korkusundan dîni ile Allah'a ve Rasûlü'ne kaçar idi. Bugün ise Allah İslâm'ı gâlib kılmıştır. Mü'min Rabb'ine dilediği yerde ibâdet eder. Lâkin bugün (kâfirlerle) cihâd ve niyet vardır

Narrated `Ata' bin Abi Rabah:`Ubaid bin `Umar and I visited `Aisha, and he asked her about the migration. She said, "There is no migration today. A believer used to flee with his religion to Allah and His Prophet for fear that he might be put to trial as regards his religion. Today Allah has rendered Islam victorious; therefore a believing one can worship one's Lord wherever one wishes. But there is Jihad (for Allah's Cause) and intentions."
