حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ حَفِظْتُهُ كَمَا أَنَّكَ هَا هُنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ اطَّلَعَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ جُحْرٍ فِي حُجَرِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَمَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِدْرًى يَحُكُّ بِهِ رَأْسَهُ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ لَوْ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَنْظُرُ لَطَعَنْتُ بِهِ فِي عَيْنِكَ، إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ الاِسْتِئْذَانُ مِنْ أَجْلِ الْبَصَرِ ‏"‏‏.‏

İzin İstemek Gözden Do Layı (Meşru' Kılınmış)Dır -...Bize Sufyân ibn Uyeyne tahdîs etti: ez-Zuhrî: Ben bu hadîsi, senin burada bulunuşun gibi şekksiz olarak ezberledim, demiştir. Sehl ibn Sa'd (R) şöyle dedi: Peygamber(S)'in evindeki pencerelerin birinden bir adam içeriye doğru bakmıştı. O sırada Peygamber, beraberindeki mıdrâ denilen demir bir tarakla başını (tarayıp) kaşıyordu. O kişiye: — "Eğer senin böyle mahrem yere bakar olduğunu daha önce bilseydim, muhakkak şu demir tarağı gözünün içine saplardım. İzin isteme, ancak gözün görmesinden dolayı vazife kılınmıştır!" buyurdu -.. Bize Hammâd ibn Zeyd, Ubeydullah ibn Ebî Bekr'den; o da Enes ibn Mâlik(R)'ten şöyle tahdîs etti: Bir adam Peygam-ber(S)'in hücrelerinin birinden içeriye uzanıp baktı. Peygamber de mışkas denilen uzunca ok demiri veya demirleriyle o adama doğru kalktı. 'Enes dedi ki: Ben Peygamber'e bakıyordum,

Narrated Sahl bin Sa`d:A man peeped through a round hole into the dwelling place of the Prophet, while the Prophet (ﷺ) had a Midray (an iron comb) with which he was scratching his head. the Prophet (ﷺ) said, " Had known you were looking (through the hole), I would have pierced your eye with it (i.e., the comb)." Verily! The order of taking permission to enter has been enjoined because of that sight, (that one should not look unlawfully at the state of others). (See Hadith No. 807, Vol)
