حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ لَقَدْ نَفَعَنِي اللَّهُ بِكَلِمَةٍ أَيَّامَ الْجَمَلِ لَمَّا بَلَغَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ فَارِسًا مَلَّكُوا ابْنَةَ كِسْرَى قَالَ ‏ "‏ لَنْ يُفْلِحَ قَوْمٌ وَلَّوْا أَمْرَهُمُ امْرَأَةً ‏"‏‏.‏

-...Ebû Bekre (R) şöyle demiştir: Yemîn olsun, Allah beni Cemel vak'ası günlerinde (daha önce Peygamber'den işitmiş olduğum) bir kelime ile menfaatlandırmıştır: Peygamber(S)'e Fars halkının Kisrâ Pervîz'in kızını kendilerine şehinşâh seçtikleri haberi ulaşınca: — "Mukadderatını bir kadının eline veren kavim, asla felah bulmaz" buyurmuştu
