حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئِلَ فِي حَجَّتِهِ فَقَالَ ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ، فَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ قَالَ وَلاَ حَرَجَ‏.‏ قَالَ حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ‏.‏ فَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ وَلاَ حَرَجَ‏.‏

Fetvâ (Talebine) El Ve Baş İşaretleriyle Cevâb Veren Kimse Babı ....Bize Eyyûb Sahtiyânî, İkrime'den; o da ibn Abbâs'tan tahdîs etti (ki o şöyle demiştir): Peygamber'e Veda haccında suâl soruldu. Soran kimse: Ben taş atmadan once kurbân kestim, dedi. Peygamber (S) bu suâle: "Günâhı yoktur" diyerek eliyle işaret etti. Soran kimse: Kurbân kesmeden önce tıraş oldum, dedi. Rasûlullah: "Günâhı yoktur" diyerek eliyle işaret etti.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:Somebody said to the Prophet (during his last Hajj), "I did the slaughtering before doing the Rami.' The Prophet (ﷺ) beckoned with his hand and said, "There is no harm in that."
